What counts as an 'active pass'?+
Any pass that has been issued and not deleted. Installed-but-uninstalled passes still count until you delete them. We don't charge per scan, tap, or update.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?+
We pause new pass issuance and show an upgrade banner. Existing passes keep working — we never deactivate live passes or surprise you with overage charges.
How does the 14-day free trial work?+
Pick any paid tier and you get full access for 14 days. No card required. At day 14 your workspace returns to Free; your data and live passes stay intact.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from Billing. Annual changes are prorated; monthly changes take effect immediately.
