NorthGrove is a clean-supplement DTC brand with a passionate but transactional customer base. We built a points-and-tiers program that lives entirely in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet — every order, refer-a-friend, and review accrues toward perks the customer can see at a glance, even on their lock screen.

PilotPR delivered a fully-branded wallet pass with three status tiers (Sprout, Grove, Canopy), live-pushed point updates after every Shopify order, a Klaviyo-driven referral program, and a redemption flow that subtracts points the moment a discount is applied at checkout. Members never leave their wallet to know what they're worth.
